Ethical Charter, Non-Remuneration & Conflict of Interest Policy
To guarantee unyielding fidelity to its public utility mandate, the Board of Directors of EN ROUTE VERS L'AVENIR adheres to an uncompromising ethical charter that surpasses standard regulatory benchmarks for French non-profit associations:
Strict Volunteerism & Absence of Personal Interest
No board officer receives remuneration, attendance fees, dividends, or material benefits of any kind. Under Article 7 of our registered bylaws, holding an executive position is strictly incompatible with any commercial relationship with the association. Board members are legally prohibited from providing commercial services, renting property, or supplying paid equipment to the association, whether directly or through intermediary commercial entities.
Annual Declaration of Interlocking Interests
At the commencement of each operational year, every elected administrator signs a formal Declaration of Interests. Should any deliberation involve a municipal territory, corporate entity, or civic body in which an administrator exercises an external function, that administrator is required to recuse themselves from deliberations and abstain from voting.
Public Financial Scrutiny
All accounting books, bank statements, and public subsidy contracts are audited annually by an independent statutory auditor (Commissaire aux Comptes). Financial statements are permanently available for physical inspection by all registered members and municipal representatives at 4 Rue Pablo Neruda, 33370 Artigues-près-Bordeaux.
Mandatory Statutory Statement: All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions.
